your personal data, except where we are required to retain it for legal

6. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
ChatVine offers premium subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly)
that provide:
- Ad-free browsing experience
- Gender filtering to find specific matches
- Priority matching for increased visibility
Subscription purchases are processed through your respective app store
(Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We receive transaction
confirmation data but do not have access to your payment card
information. Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are
handled through your respective app store account.
7. Advertising and Rewarded Features
For non-premium users, ChatVine displays advertisements through Google
AdMob:

Banner Ads: Displayed at the bottom of certain
screens

Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads shown between app
transitions

Rewarded Video Ads: Optional ads that provide rewards
such as:
- Temporary removal of banner ads (10 minutes)
- Temporary unlock of gender filter feature (10 minutes)
AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage
data to serve personalized ads. Please review

for more information. You can opt-out of personalized advertising by
adjusting your device settings or upgrading to a premium subscription.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

ChatVine has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and
Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting children and
maintaining a safe platform free from any form of child exploitation.
9.1 Zero Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that sexually
exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes but is not
limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming behavior or attempts to groom minors
- Sextortion or coercion of minors
- Trafficking of children for sexual purposes
- Any sexualized content involving minors
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
9.2 Age Verification and Prevention
To prevent minors from accessing our platform:
- Users must be 18 years or older to create an account
- Age verification is required during registration

Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are immediately suspended

- Users found violating this policy will be permanently banned
9.4 Cooperation with Authorities
We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection

Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local authorities

We preserve evidence and provide full cooperation with investigations
